Trish Stratus Talks About Yoga & Her New TV Show

Trish Stratus spoke to the Toronto Sun this week about her new Stratusphere yoga studio in Toronto. Trish has another new project called Stratusphere - a travel TV show that will air on the Travel channel and Discovery HD late this summer. Some highlights:

Trish on her new TV Show: "I'm travelling all over the world, kicking ass. Well, that's kind of a loose definition. But it's a perfect fit."

Trish on yoga: "I practise every day and I got my (teaching) certification, but I'm not going to be teaching right away, because we have some senior teachers who really are fabulous. I'm kind of selfish because I still want to be in the back, just learning from these people. But after a while I'll put in some 'Stratusfaction' classes here and there."
