TNA iMPACT Results (Feb/28/08)

Hey, Klossing here and it turns out tonight I am busy and will be unable to do tonight's iMPACT! results. But maybe it's a good thing since the main event is Nash versus Angle. I won't be able to see the replay on Saturday either because I am going to an indy show. IWA mid south's 500th Show. What's ROH on number 130? Yeah if you live in the Joliet, Illinois area you should definitely check it out. If you need any details on the show just e-mail me and I will freely send you the info. It is the best wrestling you will ever see... trust me. So here we go...

- Booker T called out Robert Roode. Payton Banks came out and said he is not there. Traci came out and attacked Banks.

(1) Scott Steiner & Petey Williams d. Sonjay Dutt & Jay Lethal.

(my thoughts: What the? Why is Steiner with Petey it doesn't make sense. If this is what they call a push for Petey then i would hate to see him get de-pushed)

- Team 3D came out to face Shark Boy & Curry Man but neither one made weight. Shark Boy put out an open challenge for any team to face he and Curry Man.

(2) Shark Boy & Curry Man d. Rellik & Black Reign.

(my thoughts: Rellik is killer backwards. How much do you wanna bet either Don West or Mike Tenay will mention that? Anyways this makes zero sense at a storyline standpoint. Also Reign can beat Abyss, Rhino, Raven etc. But he can't beat Shark Boy or Curry Man? In the words of Gregory Helms (get well soon) "Whats Up With Dat"?)

- Robert Roode shows up and calls out Booker T. Booker comes out and Payton Banks gets invloved. Booker T ends up handcuffed to the ropes and they beat him down. Traci Brooks tries to make the save but gets beat down as well.

(3) James Storm d. Eric Young in a ladder match to win the Drinking Cgampionship. Storm was afraid the climb the ladder so Jackie Moore went up and got the belt for him. After the match Rhino hit the ring and Gored Storm.

(my thoughts: Hopefully this is just as good as their Against All Odds match which was very good. I just don't see the point of it being a ladder match. Let me guess next week there is going to be three stipulations... Oh my god there is!)

(4) Awesome Kong d. Angelina Love in a non title match.

(my thoughts: Angelina is pretty but Kong is a beast and she needs to look dominate. Let's hope Gail kim and ODB show up... Well atleast Kim.)

(5) Kurt Angle d. Kevin Nash in a non title match.

(my thoughts: Atleast Nash isn't getting a title shot. That would have been embarrassing for TNA. At least Angle wins it. Nash is overdue for an injury so I give him until Lock Down before he gets injured.)
