- Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was on hand at the 80th Academy Awards last night and presented the Award for "Best Visual Effect." Johnson was introduced without reference to his former WWE persona, although host Jon Stewart made a reference to a steel chair when introducing Johnson.
- Happy birthday to Maria who is 26 today. Speaking of Maria, she will be doing various signing tours to support her Playboy cover shoot. On 3/13 she will be at the Virgin Megastore in Los Angeles and there are expected to be other venues, including New York, added around those dates.
