Overall match rating: It was an ok match, though most of the match was mainly Khali squishing Finlay all over the arena. Hopefully they make it so that the McMahon feud and this sort of collide or tie in with each other. Its either that or find a new opponent for Finlay. Match gets 3 out of 5 stars.

    The Big Question Segment:

We come back and see people playing instruments and setting the mood for the big question Edge has to ask. The ring is decorated in flowers and the screen is in the shape of the hearts.

The Rated R Superstar Edge makes his way to the ring with the band continuing to play their instruments.

Edge thanks them for the music and tells them that it was enough. Edge rants on about his matches in the past and that he is nervous. He says he is the Rated R Superstar and that tonight that R stands for “Really Really in love”. He says that tonight he has a very important question for Vickie tonight. He then asks her to come out.

Vickie is wheeled in by Long in a specialized wheelchair. Edge helps her into the ring and back into the wheelchair. Long then exits the ring.

Edge says that before he asks her the question he wants to sing her a song that from a friend of his. Edge begins to sing, “Baby your all that I want. When your lying here in my arms. I am finding it hard to believe. We’re in heaven. And love is all that I need. And that I found it in your heart. It’s not hard to believe we’re in heaven.” He says that he thought that the world title was the most important thing to him but he was wrong. He says that he wants her to make him the luckiest man in the world. Edge then asks her to be her wife and pulls out the ring. Vickie quickly responds that she will. They start to kiss in the ring and are really happy. The music begins to play. He places the ring on her hand.

Out comes the master of the 619 Rey Mysterio.

Rey says that he wanted to congratulate him and that he really means that this is the most disgusting thing he has ever seen in his life. The fans seem to agree. He says that since she is engage she is thinking of giving up the Guerrero name. Edge starts to defend her and that he should apologize to Vickie. He says that if he doesn’t do it by no way out that he will be the one in the wheel chair. He walks into the ring and people chant the 619. He says that he is through with apologizing and that since he loves Vickie so much to wait until he takes the world title from Edge. Edge starts to attack Rey but Rey pulls down Edge into the ropes. He hits the 619 and sets up for the seated senton. Edge moves out of the way and Rey hits Vickie instead. Edge shocked starts to yell at Rey. Rey then starts to walk away.

Overall segment rating: This was all talk for the beginning. It was really obvious of what he was going to ask though. I wish that Edge would have asked Vickie to force Rey to do something tonight instead though, but this turned out to be pretty great. The segment stands at 4 out of 5 stars.

    Quick match results:

    Match #1: MVP vs. Batista

Winner: Batista (won by Batista Bomb)

Match #2: Jimmy Wang Yang, Shannon Moore, Jesse, and Festus vs. Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, Deuce, and Domino

Match #3: Michelle McCool vs. Victoria

Winner: Victoria (won by Widows Peek)

Match #4: Big Daddy V vs. The Undertaker

Winner: The Undertaker (won by DDT)

Match #5: The Great Khali vs. Finlay

Winner: Finlay (won by using shillelagh)

Smack of the night (Match of the night): Too many to pick one. I think that The Undertaker vs. Big Daddy V match stole the night though. I based this off from fans reaction and my personal opinion.
Greatest impact of the night: The thing that made the decisive blow tonight would be the Batista bomb from the beginning of the night. I say this because now that MVP has felt it he will most likely want to stay away from Batista.

Overall Rating of the show: It was really awesome that I had the opportunity to right the report that is going on in my home town. The overall base rating of tonight is about a 6.5 out of 10 stars because of the somewhat weak matches tonight.

Who will walk out the champion at No Way Out? Will it be Rey or Edge? Who is the last survivor of the elimination chamber match for Smackdown? Who is heading to Wrestlemania?

All these questions and more will be revealed next week. There’s only one show with all the answers on a Friday night, Friday night Smackdown.
