UFC News: Fighter Pay Revealed For UFC 79

Keith Kizer, the executive director of the Nevada Athletic Commission, has released the following information regarding payouts to the top fighters of last night's UFC 79: NEMESIS event:

- Chuck Liddell earned $500,000 for his win over Wanderlei Silva, who earned $150,000.

- Georges St. Pierre earned $160,000 for his win over Matt Hughes, who earned $100,000. St. Pierre's purse includes an $80,000 bonus for winning.

- "Lyoto" Ryoto Machida earned $60,000 for his win over Sokoudjou, who earned $40,000. Machida's purse includes a $30,000 bonus for winning.
