Sorry for the delay guys!
Hello Everyone! Although the following is an ECW report, please be sure to check out a special message I have added at the bottom of this page which reflects over the 15 years of RAW wrestling entertainment!
After the ECW video package plays, we are told that tonight’s main event will feature Elijah Burke vs. Batista and also Kelly will be in a Handicap Match against Layla and Victoria.
CM Punk comes out to a great ovation and a replay is shown of last week’s ECW when Kane came in at the last moment to save CM Punk from further damages from Big Daddy V and Mark Henry. Kane’s pyro goes off and he is introduced as Punk’s tag team partner. Their opponents are none other than Deuce & Domino.
Match 1: CM Punk & Kane v. Deuce & Domino
Punk starts off going against Domino. After a bit of trash talking, Domino shoves Punk. Punk retaliates with a few roundhouse kicks and proceeds to hit a monkey flip. Kane is tagged in and quickly hits a big boot which is then followed by an elbow drop before making the quick tag back to Punk. Punk sees Domino slowing shaking off the cobwebs in the corner and hits is signature knee-to-face attack. Punk then goes to the apron and prepares to hit his signature flying clothesline, but Deuce intervenes and causes a distraction. Domino capitalizes by nailing Punk with a powerful knee strike. Deuce is tagged in and works on Punk’s lower back. Several minutes later, Domino charges at Punk, but Punk pulls the rope down and sends Domino flying out of the ring. He then makes the hot tag to Kane and Kane begins to dominate both Deuce & Domino with multiple clotheslines and big boots. Kane decides to go up and hits a successful flying clothesline on Domino. Kane signals for the chokeslam and grabs Domino. Deuce comes to make the save, but Kane grabs him too. Kane releases Deuce to Punk and he hits the GTS while Kane continues with his chokeslam for the win. (Rating: 3.5. A good start to show! This match contained a lot of back and forth action with several momentum shifts. All four men showed great resilience as Punk & Kane showed that they can function well as a tag team).
Post-Match: Kane & Punk celebrate as we are shown backstage Batista preparing for his match against Burke.

Be sure to get the World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) DVD!
Shelton Benjamin is backstage and tonight he wants to talk about gold. He begins by giving a little history with pickaxes and shovels and how people struggled to strive for gold. Benjamin claims that he will dig for gold until he is finally ECW champion. He goes on and says that he is the gold standard and if there are any doubts in anyone’s mind, just remember, there ain’t no stopping him now!
Match 2: John Morrison & The Miz v. Shannon Moore & Jimmy Yang
Miz & Moore start as the Miz gets the advantage with an early takedown and immediately begins to boast. Moore slaps Miz and Miz is irate. Miz tries ground Moore, but he is just too fast and Moore manages to strike Miz with a few knee shots and a swinging neckbreaker. Moore makes the quick tag to Yang and the two double team Miz leading to a thunderous dropkick. Miz tags out as Morrison begins to gets the better of Yang. Moments later however, Yang applies an armbar, but is elbowed to the face and dropped down. Morrison mocks Yang, but he is armdragged down to the mat. Yang tags in Moore and he sends Morrison to the ring post and knocks Miz off the apron in the process. Both Yang and Moore jump and nail a successful moonsault out of the ring as we go to break.

Back, we see Morrison in control with a sleeper hold. Crowd begins to get behind Yang and he back drops Morrison. Both men tag in their partners. Moore does a spinning heel kick and Miz is down. Moore goes to the top rope, but Miz gets back to his feet and pulls down Moore by the hair really hard as crashes into the ring mat spine first. Morrison tagged in and he catapults Moore on the lower ropes and proceeds with a double facebuster with Miz. Moore is really hurt and the crowd gets even louder this time. Morrison covers Moore, but Yang pulls Morrison and breaks the count at 2. Minutes later, Moore finally makes the hot tag to Yang and Yang leaps of the top rope and takes down Morrison. Yang sets up Morrison in the corner and nails a crazy monkey flip where Morrison actually flips a full 360 degrees before crashing head first on the mat. At this point, Moore comes in and tackles Miz through the ropes to outside. While the two fight it out there, Morrison catches a distracted Yang and does a school boy maneuver while pulling his tights. Moore however breaks up the pin, but Miz shoves Moore and attacks Yang from the back. Moore pulls Miz back and the two continue to fight outside of the ring. Yang, who was just attacked by Miz, is groggy and walks into Morrison’s corkscrew neckbreaker and costs his team the loss. (Rating: 4/5. Wow! This match had a lit bit of everything. From high flying action, to mat wrestling, to unpredictable winning situations, etc. Moore & Yang deserve a lot more credibility after this match. They really showed excellent wrestling. As for Miz & Morrison, the two function extremely well as a tag team…I dare say, they are perhaps the top tag teams in the WWE at the moment).

Same promo from last week airs hyping the debut of Jamaica’s first wrestler coming to the WWE…Kofi Kingston.
Layla & Victoria come out first as they prepare for their match. Kelly, who is wearing a Boston RedSox top, makes her way down to the ring and is way over with the Boston Crowd.
Match 3: Layla & Victoria v. Kelly in a Handicap Match
As the match gets underway, Victoria tries causing a distraction, but Kelly manages to battle out of it and gains confidence by outwrestling Layla. Layla immediately tags in Victoria. Kelly throws a few punches, but Victoria clubs Kelly right in the back and knocks her down to the mat as she begins to mock her. After a few minutes, Victoria sends Kelly to the ropes, but Kelly amazingly counters with a tilta-whirl flying head-scissors. Kelly finally sees an opportunity and begins striking at Victoria in the corner, but Victoria shows off her strength by hitting a power clothesline. Layla asks for the tag as she begins to pick up the scraps of what is left of Kelly. Kelly is pretty much out of it for a good 2-3 minutes. Finally, Kelly gains momentum with striking punches and kicks and clotheslines to both Victoria and Layla. Kelly hits a suplex on Layla, but Victoria breaks the count and she and Layla double team Kelly. Layla comes back in and punts Kelly right in the head for 1-2-3. (Rating: 2. Not bad, but a typical divas match with a bit of a twist to it. It gives all three divas to at least have an opportunity in improving ring work. However, I must say, Layla should be training a lot more if she wants to be successful in this business.)
Post-Match: Layla and Victoria continue their beatdown on Kelly until Michelle McCool makes the save causing the two heels to run.

Batista, who receives a great reaction from the audience, comes down and we are ready for battle!
Match 4: Batista v. Elijah Burke
From the early going, Burke is backed into the corner and Batista attempts for a clean break, but Burke kicks Batista’s leg and Burke is punched down for his attitude. Burke leaves the ring and Batista follows, but avoids Burke’s trap and slams Burke down. After a brief moment, when Batista tries to re-enter the ring, Burke knee lifts Batista in the face and rams Batista’s shoulder straight into the steel post. Burke then brings Batista back into the ring and begins to punch and kick the grounded animal. Lots of Batista chants start. Batista tries fighting back, but Burke dropkicks Batista grounding him once more. Burke then applies a sleeper, but Batista gets out of it, but he is immediately knocked back down with an awesome running STO from Burke. After a few minutes, Batista gets up and hits his signature spinebuster! Batista then shoulder strikes Burke in the abdomen in the corner. Batista backs off and then charges towards Burke, but Burke dodges it and dropkicks Batista to the turnbuckle. Burke signals for the Elijah Express. As Burke runs toward the animal, Batista quickly turns around and hits and awkward angled power spear. Crowd goes crazy! Batista then hits the Batista Bomb for the win. (Rating: 3.5/5. After the last two encounters, both Batista and Burke showed that the two can put on one helluva show. These men indeed have great chemistry in the ring. Burke has a good future in this business as does Batista.)

Highlight of the Night: John Morrison & The Miz v. Shannon Moore & Jimmy Yang
Overall tonight’s show was spectacular! One of the better ECW’s. Every match on this card was given enough time and each match excelled. The Morrison/Miz tag team contest was definitely the best match of night with the many unpredictable moments it had. If you missed tonight’s show, be sure to watch it over on WWE.com. That’s two great nights in a row for the WWE! 4/5! Good Night!
SPECIAL RAW MESSAGE!
On January 11, 1993, Vincent McMahon began a tradition that launched the birth of a television series in which many worldwide viewers became intently appealed to. This television series, known as Monday Night RAW, has become the longest reigning television series in history as it has lasted for 15 years and still is continuing today all thanks to the support of the WWE Fan Nation!
For any true WWF/E fan (classic or present) who has watched this organization evolve over the years realize the true entertainment that we, the fans, have been receiving every Monday night for the last 15 years. Yet another historic night for the WWE was unraveled on December 10, 2007 as RAW celebrated its 15th anniversary show. The excitement upon me was so tremendous (I’m sure I was not the only one) that I felt like I was a kid again watching this program 12 years ago (GOLDEN DAYS) when I first started watching wrestling! Through overcoming many obstacles, the WWE still continue to display excellent performance in drama, entertainment, and wrestling as a whole. I would like to thank Vince McMahon, the WWE superstars and employees, and most importantly, the WWE Fan Nation for all the wonderful memories we have been able to witness. Now let’s take a look at these newer young talents and witness yet another 15 years of WWE action!
