• A fans sign was confiscated before the PPV went live on PPV, the sign said “HBK misses Earl Hebner.”
  
  
• A WrestleMania 23 recap video aired to warm the crowd up.
  
  
• Vicky Guerrero came out first, Eddie Guerrero chants followed her entrance. Vicky got on the mic and promoted the Hell in a Cell match between The Undertaker and Batista. She was, then interupted by Armando Estrada. Estrada began promoting the ECW Title match. Coach then comes out and rants with the other two GM’s.
  
  
• Lilian Garcia came out shortly after to sing the national anthem, which blew the roof off the place. Following her performance, all the announcers came out in pair, by each brand.
  
  
• Prior to Survivor Series airing live on PPV, there was no dark match.
