-- The Sun out of the UK published an interview they conducted with John Morrison last week, yesterday. The interviewer asked the former ECW Champion about his recent drug suspension. Before he could answer, a WWE representative quickly interjected himself into the conversation to say "No comment." The WWE representative then told the interviewer to change the subject matter of their questions. Furthermore, the interview has since been deleted off of the website for some reason.
An article posted by Sports Illustrated during the weekend of August 30, 2007 named John Morrison real name John Hennigan as one of a number of WWE Superstars to have purchased pharmaceuticals from an online pharmacy, a violation of the WWE "Talent Wellness" program. Specifically, Hennigan received somatropin, anastrozole, testosterone, stanozolol and chorionic gonadotropin between June 2006 and February 2007, which is after the "no drugs from online sources" rule was instituted. As a result of his drug violation, Hennigan was suspended for 30 days and he lost his ECW Championship in the process as well.
-- Matt Hardy was severely injured at Tuesday night's SmackDown tapings while working a match. Hardy received a deep gash to his head that took 35 stitches to close. Despite the injury, he will work his match against MVP at this weekend's Cyber Sunday pay-per-view.
-- Bret Hart recently appeared on TSN's Off the Record to promote his book. You can watch the interview at this link.
