WWE News: MVP cleared to wrestle, Jamie Noble praised backstage, and more

• MVP has been cleared to wrestle, as he has been on the house shows. His match with MVP wasn’t pulled from Summerslam due to his health issues. WWE officials wanted to keep moving forward with his Matt Hardy competition gimmick, which also includes their tag team match this Friday on SmackDown against Deuce N’ Domino.
  
  
• Jamie Noble, who has been working as an agent for the Cruiserweight division, has been praised for speaking up during producer’s meetings. Noble has been giving new ideas for finishes and angles. There is a lot of concern that finishes are becoming too repetitive.
  
  
• Expect to see the angle with John Cena’s father to continue. Cena’s father has wanted a position in WWE for a long time. The idea of using Cena Sr. has been discussed for a long time but Vince decided to hold it off, as they can only do the big angle with a father once. Cena has a brother, who could also be brought in to further the angle.
