WWE News: Foley wants to return, SD vs RAW update, and more

- As we reported yesterday, Daniel Rodimer was released from his contract. The decision was mutual and Rodimer will now go back in to real estate.
- Former WWE superstar, Brock Lesnar will be in attendance at UFC 74 this Saturday night. In a recent interview with MMA Weekly, he said he is interested in entering the UFC. He wants to fight the winner of Gonzaga vs. Couture.
- SmackDown vs. RAW may not go on sale in November. Vince is going back and forth about whether to leave Chris Benoit in the game or not. Benoit remains in the game at this point but Vince wants him taken out. In order to remove him, the game would be delayed and would not go on sale in time for the 2007 holiday season.
- Mick Foley has been pushing to get a larger and more regular role on RAW. However, Vince isn’t in Foley’s corner at this point in time. Vince thinks that Foley was a big deal back in 1998 but doesn’t click with the fans today. It should be noted that this is the same criticism that Triple H has had for Foley over the past year.
