WWE News: Ric Flair retirement storyline, Mark Henry's status, and more

• Many believe that a Ric Flair retirement storyline will be underway in the next few weeks. The storyline would conclude at the Royal Rumble, No Way Out or WrestleMania. As we’ve reported previously, Ric Flair has been talking about this being his last year as an in-ring performer.
  
  
• Mark Henry’s contract with WWE will be ending very soon and Henry has opted not to enter in to negotiations for a new one. He is more interested in acting and other non-wrestling related endeavors. He is currently being built up for a match with Undertaker at September’s Unforgiven PPV.
  
  
• There have been numerous discussions of axing the 2008 Cyber Sunday PPV. Instead of doing it as a PPV, they may produce a three-hour RAW special with the same concept of viewers voting for the matches and stipulations.
