Here are some notes I took from the show.

Talked about quitting WWE and joining TNA.

Talked about how hard it is for WWE to fill 5 hours of TV each week, especially when injuries happen.

Said there are options other than WWE but you won't make as much money.

Said he was overworked and under-appreciated even though he was one of the top 2 guys in WWE.

Talks about his WWE injuries and coming back too early and not resting.

Talks about the weekly grind when working for WWE.

Said he and John Cena were/are the 2 hardest working guys in the business.

Said WWE chose Cena as their top guy because Cena was single and had a lot more to give towards the business as opposed to a married man.

Talked about image being more important to WWE than the quality of wrestling matches.

Said Cena is not expected to be the best wrestler in the company, but he is expected to sell the most merchandise.

Said Vince is getting a lot of bad publicity right now. Kurt praises Vince.

Talked about his painkiller addiction and said it was not Vince's fault, it was his.

Said he didn't like how his character in WWE was being utilized towards the end.

Talked about an injury he suffered in a match with RVD. Said he called WWE and couldn't make the house show the next day. WWE said he had to. Kurt arranged a meeting with Vince at WWE HQ - Kurt wanted part time but Vince insisted he stay full time. Kurt said he quit.

Said TNA matched his WWE salary for signing him.

Says that TNA in a matter of time will start to compete with Raw.

Thanked Vince for making wrestling world wide because now it is easier for TNA to sign deals world wide.

Talked about when a wrestler retires what their options are to stay in the business - The guys on the bottom have no chance but the top guys can be non wrestling characters on TV, agents, writing team, office aspect - as long as they have a good understanding of the business.

Said he is coming out with a book soon.

Said 90% of sports players you would not recognize on the streets but wrestlers you would recognize because you see them on TV every week without helmets and face guards on.

Said the wrestlers need to take care of themselves and no matter what company they are with, if they can not handle it they should get out.

Talked about how WWE is getting bad rap with the Benoit stuff.

Promoted his upcoming PPV match with Samoa Joe.

Kurt said he watched Raw this past Monday and saw the main event where all the belts were involved - said he could not understand why WWE would want to copy TNA.

Said real good things about Samoa Joe's talent. Said Joe had a tryout with WWE a few years ago and they overlooked him and now they are kicking themselves in the ass.
