WWE fighting both TNA & ESPN for trademark control

• The WWE is currently undergoing several legal battles in an attempt to stop a few trademark registrations.
  
  The company is fighting against TNA as they try to register not only the initials "VKM" but also the name "Voodoo Kin Mafia" as well.
  
  They are also fighting against ESPN, who is trying to register the name "Judgment Day" to use for their college football programs.
