    Winner: Hornswoggle

Rating: ** 1/2 (Good action but I took off a 1/2 * for the stupid ending! Hornswoggle who wasn't even in the match and not even a cruiserweight won the championship. The referee even counted the three. Daveyboy should add this one to his list of the stupid things a referee does, WWE should just get rid of the Cruiserweight title. Theres only five of them and now the title is even more meaningless! I'm done ranting, this was a good match though.)

After the match as five cruiserweights are shocked and chase Hornswoggle who hides under the ring and runs to the entrance ramp where he celebrates his title win.

Rating: *** (I'm very proud of how much Candice has improved in the ring. This was not only her best effort, but also her best match! Whether she and Melina really can't stand each other or not in real life they put on an entertaining match that had the crowd and me entertained.)

Rating: ** 3/4 (Surprisingly better than what I thought it would be. I went into this match thinking it would be a squash but maybe Candice got to Jeff in a way. Boring in the opening minutes when Umaga was in control but really picked up when Jeff went crazy with all those moves he even had me believing he might walk away with the title!)

    Winner: John Morrison

Rating: ** 1/2 (Another solid match between these two, my only problems were that they should have been given more time and the ending came out of knowhere and was a terrible way to end the match. Some exciting pinfall sequences and good action made me hoping they would fight again but next time with a better ending.)

    Winner: Randy Orton

Rating: * 1/2 (I can't pass it. It was fun to start out with but when Orton when on offense it just went downhill and the ending of this match came out of knowhere as well. Not the train wreck I was thinking would happen but not very good either.)

After the match, Orton gets free from the bull rope and goes to kick Dusty's head in but Cody Rhodes runs down to the ring and grabs the cowbell and challenges Orton to come on. Randy leaves the ring and stares back at Cody while Cody helps his dad.

    Winner: The Great Khali

Rating: ** 3/4 (Good match, considering whose in the match. It was a smart idea to have Khali taken out early and Khali didn't look to bad in the ring tonight and Batista and Kane brought him to a good effort.)

Rating: *** 3/4 (Great main event! Cena and Lashley of course delivered with their back and forth match. Interesting to see who the crowd chose to root for but still very entertaining. Lashley has improved so much since he started almost two years ago and Cena is the real deal and has 9 PPV wins in a row to back it up!)

OVERALL: The Great American Bash definately delivered! I saw a great main event for the WWE Title. Some good World Heavyweight, Women's, United States, Intercontinental, Cruiserweight, and ECW Title matches. The only negatives if their really were any was the Texas Bullrope and Cane match but they weren't that terrible either. The only thing terrible moment on this PPV was actually a segment with the King Booker/Jerry Lawler. It did nothing but to have Booker and Sharmell on the show. All nine matches were given time and there was alot of good wrestling tonight! 7.5/10

    Goodnight, Jason
