Tuesday's ECW scored a mere 1.34 cable broadcast rating, reports PWTorch.com.
The 1.34 is the second lowest rating for an ECW telecast in over one year. The "worst" distinction still belongs to the airing from two weeks ago, which posted a 1.24.
