The "Palacio de los Deportes" was at 3/4 of it capacity this time, I really hope they had full capacity on Friday because even if they did, this tour appears to be the weakest tour from WWE in Mexico.
Match 1: Santino Marella VS Super Crazy
This match a had a very fast phase from the side of Crazy, Santino Marella needs to work on his arsenal because he really didn't show anything good on that department as he got the role of heel tonight. After a good combination of moves, Crazy Picked up the victory with a Tornado DDT and a Moonsault.
Winner by Pin fall: Super Crazy.
Match 2: William Regal VS Val Venis
This mach was good with William Regal focusing his punishment into Val's left arm the entire match and Val coming back to hurt Regal a few times. In the end Venis went for the "Money Shot" but missed and that opened up the door for Regal's victory.
Winner By Pin fall: William Regal.
Match 3: WWE Tag team championship:
Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch VS Paul London and Brian Kendrick
Kendrick and London are really good and very fast but the focus of the match was Cade's power and the good tag work of the champions since Kendrick played the face in peril most of the time. One of the highlights of the match was when London tried to jump over Cade and he catch him from the Turnbuckle and a applied a very nice powerslam. The end cam when Murdoch took London off the Turnbuckle and Cade catch him with his seated Spinebuster for the Pin.
Winners and still WWE Tag team Campaigns: Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch.
Next it was not a match but the "Best body Contest" with Melina, Maria, Mickie James ad Jillian Hall. Maria was out first and apparently she injured her left ankle at some point into this tour or maybe before because she had it all wrapped up. I though before that Maria was very hot when I watched her on TV but after seen her live, there pretty much no words to describe the beauty of Maria, she looks better than in TV and that's a lot. Well the contest was cool and Maria, Melina and Mickie all showed us their bikinis and man that was great since they are really hot, but then Jillian didn't took anything and started to sing. Then the four ladies started to fight with Maria applying a very nice Bulldog to Melina and Maria and Mickie taking Jillian's shirt off revealing her bikini.
Result: No Contest
Match 4: Carlito VS Daivari
Carlito plaid the Face into this contest. Daivari entered the ring and yelled at a girl that was there to take care of wrestler's stuff, he gave her his hat or whatever it is called. Carlito took it and spit his apple to it. The match was pretty much Carlito's since the beginning as I can't understand why Daivari is in Raw, if he didn't do anything in Smackdown, Raw he have less than that to do. Carlito hit the "Back Stabber" for the win.
Winner by Pin fall: Carlito.
Intermission.
Match 5: Snitsky VS Jeff Hardy.
I really does not know what the WWE is trying to do with Snitsky with this role but Liked him better with his previous "It's not my fault" gimmick, at least that Guy could move in the ring, This Snitsky made The Great Khali look like Flash and No, I kid you not. Even if Jeff Tried to revive this a little, worst match of the night, and worst match of any tour I have been in, and I have been in all here in Mexico. The only to moves from Snitsky were a scoop slam and a suplex and that was it. At least the good guy won when Jeff hit the "Twist of fate" and The "Swanton" for the victory.
Winner by Pin fall: Jeff Hardy
Match 6 and Final Match of the night: Six man Tag team match.
Randy Orton-Intercontinental Champion Umaga-King Booker(/w Queen Sharmell) VS Bobby Lashley-Rey Mysterio-WWE Champion John Cena.
This was a weird match since I really thing it was not supposed to go like this. Randy Orton is a very defying guy these days and apparently does not gives a damn about what ha been said of him at all. He was smoking when he was in his way to the ring and after inhale 3 times he threw his cigarette and continue walking. The major ovation was felt when Rey Mysterio made his entrance and a big "Mysterio" Chant started. This was a very long match with a very enthusiastic Cena trying to get the crowd involved while he was outside (he only wrestled like 3 minutes in he end). The match started when each wrestler got to the turnbuckle and posed for the crowd, the funny part was Umaga not being able to get to the middle rope on the corner, He had to be helped by Booker and Orton to get there for a second. I thing Umaga is exhausted from the tour or he was hurt at some point because he looked really tired tonight, he was kneeling during the time he was out and was spiting to the floor constantly. There was some point when Randy and Lashley were in the ring and Orton applied the "Sharpshooter" and a little chant of "Benoit" started. In the end all Hell broke loose and almost everyone had the opportunity to hit his finisher, after Rey hit the "619" on Booker John Cena picked up the victory with "F-U".
Winners by Pin fall: Rey-Lashley-John Cena.
After the Match Rey thanked the crowd for being there for him and wanted to come back.
From personal experience I thing this was the weakest house show on any tour the WWE has brought here, I mean it was good but, it was like they were rushed which could be the issue since they have to come back for Raw on Monday to the U. S.
Also I think it was the weakest because of the Injury wave the WWE has experienced lately. No Edge ( since he had to place both Undertaker and Kennedy at SmackDown! I mean, from what it looked like Kennedy was going to win the Title from the injured Undertaker and then he ended up injured himself), No HBK, No HHH, No Kennedy. You have there four names that could be here at some point and are not because of injuries since I think that Kennedy is taking it easy on house shows at this point. Also, No Women's champion, that was something that was not cool. Even if Raw got more favored on the Draft this looked like it was armed into the last minute.
From the Wrestlers and Divas, the effort was there as always and that is something that is very appreciated by all of us.
