If these three men don't get a pay-per-view bonus for that performance, there's something wrong. Beautiful. Rating- ****)
JB is backstage with Robert Roode. JB asks him where Eric Young is. Roode says he's at home, like he's supposed to be. Because if people have forgotten, he still owns him. Why not ask an important question about his match with Jarrett? JB asks and Roode tells him to shut up. He says that Jarrett may be the self proclaimed King of the Mountain but tonight he's going to make Robert Roode. When he beats him Roode is going to go from star, to superstar. Much like he owns Eric, tonight, he's going to own Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett's going to find out that it pays to be Roode. (Eval- Very good match. I'm not a fan of Robert Roode since all of his moves have been stolen from someone else and he can't even execute them right, but he did well against Jarrett. The fans were behind Jeff, and I'm glad, it should make him feel good that he's finally getting his face run that he always wanted. Rating- ** 1/2)
Backstage Team Cage is having a victory party. Laticia asks if it's a little premature that they're celebrating. Cage says she's very observant and that she was able to get two sentences out, that's a record for her and they're all proud of her. After that AJ Styles is going to embarrass Samoa Joe and in the main event Christian Cage is ..
Steiner interrupts and asks how he's going to celebrate when he has no partner, Tomko is a no show. if he doesn't show up, he's holding Cage responsible. It's his fault bringing that redneck in here. Cage says he'll take responsibility, that's how he rolls. Tomko will show up, he arrives late all the time, no worries. Steiner says to buy him a watch, a pager or send him a telegram. That idiot better be here tonight.
AJ says speaking of idiots, Samoa Joe. They've been through this before, it wasn't pretty then, and it won't be pretty now. He won't be able to come to the ring with his towel and scare the Phenomenal One, not when Steiner and Cage has his back. He asks them if they have his back and Steiner says yeah, Cage says whatever and continues with his conversation.
They need to rest easy because tonight Cage is going to retain, but before the main event he's going to make sure that Kurt and Sting destroy each other. AJ follows after Cage leaving Steiner and Laticia. (Eval- Decent promo, but Steiner's slacking again. Rating- *)

If that's how he wants to play it, he better have eyes in the back of his head. As for Christian, no need to stir the pot because Kurt's done that on his own. It's Showtime! What we're talking about is a man who goes to Wal-Mart before every match to buy face paint so he can dress up like Ronald McDonald. Because that's what he is, a clown.
