    Video recap of last week.

Lights out in the iMPACT! Zone! Kurt's in the ring waiting for him with a chair, Sting blocks it with the black bat. They brawl on the ground for a second before security breaks them up.

Backstage JB is with Cage. He says it's pathetic, two grown men fighting over him. They both have legitimate complaints. He's never called himself Dr. Phil, but when dealing with these two, it's simple psychology baby boy.

Back in the ring Angle has a mic, security and referees are still keeping them apart. Kurt says that Sting got his ass beat and he knows it. Sting says his problem is with Cage, not him. So go get Christian. Kurt says he has a problem with Sting, all he remembers is Sting standing over him with a bat. Sting says he had a reason to, Kurt interfered with his title shot.

Cage comes down and asks if they can all get along. The way Jeff handed Sting the title shot, even he has to admit he didn't really earn it. Granted Kurt Angle is an asshole. Sting has a point, Kurt did ruin Sting's small amount of hope of becoming the next champion. Being the humanitarian that he is, nobody needs controversy. How to be fair? Simple. Tonight, on iMPACT!, Sting and Kurt Angle team up against AJ Styles and Christian Cage in a No Disqualification tag team match.

Whoever scores the pinfall out of Sting and Kurt get the shot at Sacrifice. However, if AJ and Cage win tonight, neither one get a shot at Sacrifice. Are either one of them willing to roll the dice? Sting says he doesn't have to roll the dice, he has his shot. Kurt asks him if he's an icon or a pussy. Sting says before Kurt's mouth overrides his rear end, he accepts.
(Eval- Very nice opening segment. Rating- * 1/2)

In the back, Team 3-D is with Laticia. Ray says finally the legacy has been fulfilled. Twenty time world tag team champions. Finally, NWA Tag Team Champions. Many people have asked what they're going to do, he says they're going to defend the titles. Three way dance, Steiner & Tomko v. LAX v. Team 3-D at Sacrifice. Tonight, it's Joe and Rhino. Team 3-D has stood on Rhino's side, and has stood across from him. He's one tough son-of-a-you-know-what. They've heard nothing about Joe except he's a fighter. D-Von says they're going to find out, why they're the most decorated tag team.
    (Eval- Uh, okay. Rating- *)

Rhino and Joe make their way to the ring.

    Commercial.

    Samoa Joe & Rhino v. Team 3-D
Rhino and D-Von lock up, fists to Rhino's midsection. Rhino off the ropes, shoulder block. Again, D-Von with a shoulder block. Tag to Ray, double team sends Rhino down. Tag to Joe. Lock up, Joe with a side head lock. Off the ropes, kick to Ray, flip over, back slap, front kick. Joe attempts a knee, suplex by Ray, T-bone by Joe. Kick, kick, third kick caught by Ray, back heel kick sends Joe down and they square off.

Lock up, into the corner and Joe gives a series of shots to D-Von. Back drop suplex by Ray, two count broken up by Rhino. D-Von in, Samoan drop by Joe. Ura-nage on Joe by Ray. Rhino with a Gore on Ray! Christopher Daniels in with the Sting bat, takes out Rhino and D-Von. Daniels slides out and goes up the ramp, Joe applies the coquina clutch. Joe throws him back in the ring. Ray and Rhino hold Daniels leg spread, D-Von up top, bullseye!

All four men look at each other, Ray counts: 1, 2, 3. GET THE TABLES! Joe circles Daniels to make sure he doesn't escape. Rhino and D-Von get a table and set it up in the corner. Joe with a drop-kick to Daniels, Rhino Gores Daniels into the table!
(Eval- Nice little fight. Beautiful exchange between Ray and Joe, still waiting on the Daniels story to progress.)

Backstage, Cage and AJ Styles are with JB. Styles asks why JB always goes to Cage first, not him. He wants to know why Cage always volunteers him for these matches. Cage says it's because when they beat them, when Angle and Sting pick each other apart, it'll leave one Phenomenal opportunity. Styles says that's great. First Cage steals his hood, now he's find someone else that's phenomenal. First of all, Cage's isn't like his, it unzips. It's like a flap, it's not like his. But it's like their chest hair, they match. When he says phenomenal he means AJ Styles, he'll be the number one contender. AJ hugs him and walks away.
(Eval- Haha, that was beautiful. Rating- ** 1/2)

    Commercial.

Roode is in the ring and he says he's not a happy man. He hates Eric Young. Roode is going to fire him tonight. Eric needs to stop wasting time, he's not asking, he's telling him to get to the ring. Cornette comes down and tells him to back up, he needs to listen. Cornette told Jeff to stay home this week, he's not going to have men beating up women even if it is deserved. Roode comes out here saying who he thinks should be fired. As far as Cornette is concerned, the only ones who should be fired, is Roode and his Flotation Floozy. He's kept out of this for months, but now he's tired of it. He doesn't want their lawyers taking leaks on each other's legs for years. Roode signed Eric Young to a private contract, which means that he tampered with TNA contracted talent, so he can take Roode to court or fire him.

Cornette suggests that Roode drop this so nobody goes to court, nobody gets fire. Roode suggests that he get out of his face, because if there was something Cornette could do, he would have "did" it a long time ago. No matter if Cornette likes it or not, Eric Young is getting fired tonight. Roode shoves Cornette. Cornette tells him to keep his hands off him, he's his boss. Roode takes him down and tells him to never touch Robert Roode. Cue Eric Young! Eric comes to the ring and takes down Roode. To the outside, he grabs a guitar. Back in the ring, he takes a swing but Roode dodges and spikes him with a DDT. Roode assaults Young and sends him into a corner. Ms. Brooks gives Roode a pair of handcuffs and Eric's handcuffed in the corner. Roode says it pays to be Roode and cracks the guitar over Eric's head.

Roode exits the ring, security comes down to rescue Eric. Cornette back on the mic. He says if Roode thinks he's touch, putting his hands on Cornette and assaulting a man handcuffed in the corner, then he'll face Jeff Jarrett at Sacrifice.
(Eval- Decent enough, I like the comments Cornette had. Rating- * 1/2)

    Commercial.

Tenay and Don West discuss what happened to Abyss a couple weeks ago, and show footage. The footage has commentary from Mitchell. He says he created Abyss, he made him champion and made him a monster. Abyss is finished, and Abyss has been replaced.

Gail grabs a bra and chokes Jackie to the outside. Jackie with a chair and back into the ring. Gail Kim with a drop-kick to the chair, hitting Jackie's face. 1-2-3.

James Storm down to the ring. Jackie hits a DDT on Gail. Chris Harris down to the ring, spinebuster on James Storm. Harris mounts and unleashes multiple lefts.
(Eval- Nice little cat fight. I think Jackie lost her teeth when the chair shot happened. After that, she was keeping her mouth closed for the rest of the time she was on camera. Rating- *)

Backstage, Laticia is with VKM, Lance Hoyt and Christy Hemme. Hemme says the locker room smelled horrible, but it's going to be nothing like what she brings them at Sacrifice. Kip raises his arms and Christy, BG and Lance run away from the smell.
    (Eval- Funny. Rating- 1/2 *)

    Commercial.

Paparazzi Productions shows Sabin coming out of the tree from last week. Backlund and Sabin brawl for a couple seconds before Shelley and Sabin get the better of him. Shelley picks up his book and Sabin says 'We got what we need.'

Christian Cage & AJ Styles v. Kurt Angle & Sting

    Commercial.

During the break, AJ assault Sting with a few drop-kicks and a neck breaker. In the ring Cage has Sting in a sleeper, Sting fights back but is dragged to the mat by his hair. Tag to AJ, two count. Both men trade blows, AJ drops Sting to the ground but Sting's able to flip him over with his legs. Tag to Angle and Cage. Angle hits multiple clotheslines on Cage and AJ. German Suplex on Cage, one for AJ but AJ's able to dodge. Angle grabs him and hits a German, two count broken up by Cage.

Sting into the corner, reversal sends Cage into the corner trying to clothesline Sting, but Sting hits multiple clotheslines on AJ and Cage. Both men into the corner, Stinger Splash! Scorpion Death Drop on Cage, two count broken up by Angle. AJ in, double ura-nage. Sting offers the pin to Angle. Two count broken up by Cage with a chair. AJ outside with his own chair, attempted con-chair-to on Angle. Angle sends Cage to the outside. Double ankle lock applied to AJ, tap! Kurt Angle and Sting win!

Cornette says Rudy Charles called the bell but who'd he tap to? Cornette says AJ tapped out to both, so a 3-Way Dance at Sacrifice. Kurt Angle v. Sting v. Christian Cage!
(Eval- Nice match while it lasted, wish we wouldn't have had that commercial break. Rating- **)

Final Analysis- Good iMPACT!, I'm interested to see who Mitchell's new man is. Overall iMPACT! is getting better, but that's normally because they're leading up to a Pay-Per-View. Which they are. 5.5/10. Goodnight folks.
