From The Pain Clinic mailing list:

Diamond Dallas Page joined the Pain Clinic this week to promote
his new workout DVDs called Yoga for Regular Guys. We start off
talking about how he got involved in yoga due to a severe back injury
while in WCW. His ex-wife Kimberly turned him on to it and it worked
great for his rehabilitation. He decided to develop a program for people.

DDP talks about his first big push in wrestling 10 years ago. He is very
grateful to Randy Savage for putting him over. He said at the time in WCW
there were 5 top guys at the time and until you beat one of them you couldn't
be elevated into a main event program. The 'reality' angle of the NWO is
talked about and DDP said that is the problem with wrestling today.

Cashman brought up Steve Austin's new movie "The Condemned" and DDP
talks about Steve showing him initial footage from the movie and thinking
it was going to be a good movie. DDP talks that even if WWE had a films
division when he was there he wouldn't have been given a vehicle like Austin
was since he wasn't high on the WWE food chain.

His many trips to Iraqi are talked about and the impact each trip has on him
and the troops. DDP is a huge supporter of the troops.

Christian visited DDP recently and he talks about working with Christian in
WWE and how they made the most of their program. He talked about the
solid match they had at Wrestlemania X8. He talks about Christian as the
NWA Champion and compares him to Shawn Michaels as an all around great
    worker.

DDP talks about the possibility of ever working in wrestling again. Never say
never but he is in great shape (best of his life) and the right place the right
time and the right angle and he will be there. His announcing is brought up
and he talks about the WWE's offer for him to start announcing. He talks
about giving up $500,000 to join the WWE because it was his dream.

DDP talks about being in better shape than anyone in the WWE and wrestling
that is until we bring up Mr. Bob Backlund and DDP rescinds that boastful
    comment.

TNA is brought up and DDP gives us his thoughts on his last run there in 2005.
He's happy to see them succeed and he straightens us out to why he left and
it has nothing to do with not losing to Monte Brown.

We wrap up the interview soon after.
