TNA’s Team 3D are opening up a Smoothie Bar in Melbourne, Florida. Originally the two had planned on signing WWE superstar Dave Batista to appear at the grand opening on April 7th. WWE officials have pulled Batista from the appearance after learning the of the owners’ affiliation with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Team 3D has since signed Chris Jericho and Maven to appear in Batista’s place on April 7th from 1 to 3 p.m. EST.
At last night’s TNA iMPACT tapings President Dixie Carter was not in attendance because she was on a business trip in Europe.
Speaking of the iMPACT tapings Sean “X-Pac” Waltman was in attendance visiting with friends, sitting in full view of the crowd. At one time the crowd began chanting “We want X-Pac”. As of right now, he has no plans to sign with the company.
