After the opening video, Bobby Lashley makes his way down to the ring (Has he always used Brock Lesnar’s old jump on the ring pyro, or did I just now catch it). Lashley wants to take a moment to reflect on Big Show. Lashley calls Big Show the biggest, baddest, and tallest opponent he has faced since joining WWE. Lashley tells Big Show that if he ever wants another shot at the ECW title, then come and get it. Lashley says that the one thing he has learned since becoming ECW champion is that you have a target on your chest. Log on to WWE ur uh ECW.com and select Lashley’s next opponent for a title shot. Lashley puts over the Tribute to the Troops show on Christmas night. Rene Dupree (I thought we were done with him) interrupts Lashley. Dupree calls Lashley a corporate punk like all the troops in Iraq. Dupree says the troops needed a tribute because they are getting there asses kicked. Dupree names himself the next challenger for the ECW title, calling himself the most extreme athlete in ECW. Lashley slaps Dupree and the ref calls for the bell to start the match.
