After a very scary blow to his face during Armageddon last night, it now appears Joey Mercury is going to be ok. WWE.com posted the following update this morning:
During his match at Armageddon, Joey Mercury was rushed from the arena to a nearby hospital after one of the ladders smashed him in the face and caused his nose to pour blood.
After examination, it was announced that Mercury had suffered a broken nose, which required four stitches to the inside and 14 on the outside of the nose. According to doctors, Mercury's nasal passage is clear and he should be alright.
