AWA Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. is advertising on their official website that Paul Heyman will be debuting in their promotion.
According to Dave Scherer, this is blatant false advertising. Heyman is still under WWE contract and his release could be just a work, or be pending until Vince McMahon returns from Iraq. Even if WWE is finished with Heyman on a creative basis, he will be unable to debut in any promotion until his WWE contract is legally expired or voided.
