Details on MTV’s Wrestling Society X revealed; Airing head-to-head with ECW on Sci Fi

• MTV’s Wrestling Society X project will begin airing on Tuesday, January 30th at 10:30 EST and PST. This will put the show head-to-head with WWE’s ECW on Sci Fi for the second half hour. MTV has agreed to air ten episodes of the project which will combine wrestling and music.
  
  Big Vision producer and former XPW official Kevin Klinerock is handling the wrestling end of the project alongside Vampiro as head writer and Cody Michaels as an agent.
  
  Known wrestling talent confirmed for the project includes Ruckus, Vampiro, Sean Waltman, Jack Evans, Matt Sydal, Lizzy Valentine, Teddy Hart, The Human Tornado, Dragon's Gate stars Masato Yoshino and Genki Horiguchi, Colt Cabana, Jimmy Jacobs, Ricky Banderas, Aaron Aguilera, B-Boy and others.
  
  The bands Good Charlotte, Deftones, and New Found Glory have all been confirmed for the project.
  
  Wrestling Society X was taped last month in California.
