- Hulk Hogan has pulled his twenty-five million dollar home in the Tampa Bay area off the market. The house has been on the market for six months. Hulk and his family moved into a twelve million dollar home in Miami to continue shooting their VH-1 reality television series.
- According to ESPN.com, the private Indonesian broadcasting company Lativi, has removed SmackDown from their programming. The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission has been putting a lot of pressure on the private broadcaster to remove the program after a nine-year old boy died from injuries sustained while mimicking wrestlers on the show. The boys father commented by saying, "Let my son be the last victim." "This is a lesson, not only for Lativi and the government, but also for us parents to pay more attention to our children ... In this era of multimedia, bad influences can easily reach our boys and girls."
WWE’s response to the incident (which was posted earlier today) can be viewed at this link.
