WWE News: Thomas "Corporal Kirchner" Spear passes away

• It is my sad duty to report that former WWE superstar Thomas Spear, better known to fans all over the world as Corporal Kirchner, passed away on Sunday of natural causes at his home in White Marsh, MD. Spear is survived by his two sons, his daugther & step-daughter, and his two grandchildren.
  
  Kirchner, who was always considered one of the toughest competitors in wrestling and a true patriot as well, was a close protege of former WWE Champion & Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter. One of his biggest and more memorable wins was at Wrestlemania 2 where he defeated former WWE Tag Team Champion Nikolai Volkoff in a flag match.
