Show starts with the arrival of King Booker. Paul Heyman welcomes and promises to introduce them to the ECW roster.

6 man tag match Sabu/Sandman/Dreamer vs. Test/Mike Knox/Striker

Dreamer and Knox start the match. After a little back and forth exchange, Knox makes an early tag to Striker. Striker tags Knox back in. Knox gets a neck breaker from Dreamer. Dreamer knocks Knox over the top rope to the outside. Test drives Dreamer into the ring post. Striker knocks sandman off the ring apron into the security rail. Sandman has to be taken to the back. It is time for a commercial break. Back in the ring, Knox has Dreamer in a headlock. Knox tags in Test. Test works over Dreamer in the corner. Test stands on Dreamers head. Test whips Dreamer into the opposite corner and follows with a clothesline. Test tags in Striker. Striker puts Dreamer in a headlock. Dreamer rolls to the corner. Test and Knox double up on Dreamer while Striker distracts the ref. Striker hits Dreamer with a neck breaker for a 2 count. Test gets the tag from Striker. Test targets Dreamers back with kicks. Knox tagged in. Bear hug on dreamer from Knox. Dreamer fights out. Knox power slams on dreamer for 2. Knox goes up top and misses a leg drop. Dreamer hits an inverted DDT. Dreamer makes the tag to Sabu. Sabu takes down everyone. Sabu hits a slingshot leg drop on Knox. Dreamer hits a DDT on Knox. Sabu lands a leg drop on Knox off of Dreamers back. Striker breaks the count. Sabu puts Striker in the camel clutch. Test clotheslines Sabu to break the hold. Sabu goes to the top rope, but Test pushes the ref into the ropes, causing Sabu to split his boys. Ref calls for the bell. Test hits Sabu with the big boot. Test gives Dreamer a neck breaker. Knox lands a leg drop on Sabu. Test, Knox, and Striker start a 3 on 2 beat down. Sandman hobbles back to the ring. Kendo stick shots on Knox and Test. Striker runs like hell.

Winners by DQ: Sabu, Sandman, and Dreamer

Backstage Heyman is introduces King Booker and Sharmell to Stevie Richards and Christopher W. Anderson. They then meet Balls Mahoney. Balls explains everything he does is balls to the wall, therefore the name. Sharmell acts disgusted, prompting King Booker to ask Heyman what kind of outfit is this. Heyman promises it is all uphill from there.

Kevin Thorn w/ Ariel vs Balls Mahoney w/ Francine

Match starts with Thorn taking an early advantage. Thorn throws Balls to the outside. Balls slams Thorn’s head on the ring apron. Back inside, Balls mounts Thorn in the corner. Thorn slides out and flips Balls upside down. Balls with a reverse cradle slam for 2. Balls hits the punch combo. Balls hits Thorn with a spine buster for 2. Ariel trips Balls which prompts Ariel and Francine to start a cat fight. Balls climbs the turnbuckle telling them to stop. Thorn hits a crucifix slam on Balls from the top and pick up the win. Thorn pulls Ariel to the back.

Winner: Balls Mahoney

Backstage, Heyman is continuing to introduce ECW to King Booker. They encounter the FBI. Trinity asks, “What’s up, royalty?” Sharmell demands to know who this jezebel is. Heyman pushes Trinity to the side and continues the tour. Heyman introduces CM Punk. Punk explains he is not a punk. Punk puts over the straight edge lifestyle stuff. Punk says he likes to compete and maybe someday soon he will face King Booker. Heyman leads King Booker and Sharmell away.

Shannon Moore vs CM Punk

Moore and Punk trade fists. Punk nails a dropkick to Moore. Punk locks in a Mexican surfboard type submission. Moore breaks out with a thumb to the eyes. Moore hits Punk with a flurry of kicks and punches. Moore with a sleeper hold on Punk. Punk battles out. Moore goes to the top rope and tries for some kind of moonsault, but Punk drop him over his knee. Punk goes for a bulldog, but Moore counters into a spinning heel kick for 2. Moore goes back up top and tries for a corkscrew moonsault, but Punk moves out of the way. Punk hits a jiu-jitsu combo followed by a rock bottom. Punk locks in the Anaconda vice. Moore taps out.

Winner: CM Punk

We go backstage with Heyman, King Booker, and Sharmell again. RVD confronts King Booker. RVD asks Booker is he is looking for competition. This confrontation sets up tonight’s main event. After a commercial break, Rene Dupree puts himself over as the most extreme athlete in ECW. John Cena’s The Marine promo.

RVD vs King Booker, extreme rules match

Booker takes advantage in the corner. RVD battles back. RVD jumps to the top turnbuckle, but Booker pushes him off to the outside. Booker slams RVD’s head into the announce table. Booker continues with punches and suplexes RVD on the outside. Booker drops RVD on security railing. RVD rolls back inside, while Booker grabs a chair. RVD catches Booker with right hands. Booker hits the Book End on RVD. King Booker does an ECW royal spinaroonie. Booker sets RVD up for a scissors kick onto the chair, but RVD picks up the chair and hits Booker with it. RVD skateboards the chair into Booker’s face. RVD puts the chair on Booker and hits the Rolling Thunder for a 2 count. RVD wedges the chair in between the ropes. RVD hits a split legged moonsault on Booker for 2. Booker comes back, and catapults RVD into the wedged chair. Booker sets up for a pile driver on the chair. RVD tries to counter, but gets a spine buster on the chair. Booker goes to the top, but misses. RVD goes to the top and hits the 5 Star Frog Splash. Hardcore Holly runs in. Holly smacks RVD’s back with a chair and follows it with the Alabama Slam. King Booker hits RVD with a scissors kick on the chair to pick up the win. Holly stands over RVD as King Booker poses in the ring.
