WWE House Show Results from Tampa, Florida 9-8-06 (X-Pac & Kanyon appearances) Updated with Xpac pics

    LOP reader Chase Daniels sent in the following report:

    Just got back from the RAW house show in Tampa. Estimated
    8-10,000 people in attendance.

    Quick Results:

    Highlanders defeat Spirit Squad in a non-title match, after the
    match the Higlanders celebrate with the belts like they had won
    them but the ref took them back and gave them to the SS.

    Kane defeats Umaga by DQ after AAE hits Kane with chair (which
    Kane no sold and then proceeded to beat down Umaga and AAE).

    Super Crazy defeats Chris Masters.

    Carlito defeats Rob Conway.

    Lita defeats Torrie Wilson to retain the Women's title.

    Oleg Prudius (sp?) defeats Eugene.

    *Hacksaw runs down to save Eugene and another match starts*

    Oleg Prudius (sp?) defeats Hacksaw Jim Duggan by submission.

    Johnny Nitro defeated Jeff Hardy to retain the IC title.

    *DX wrestles twice by order of Mr. McMahon*
    DX defeat Charlie Haas and Viscera.

    DX defeat Cade and Murdoch.

    *2 interesting notes to the DX matches, before the first one
    Chris Kanyon ran up to the barricades and was holding up
    signs before being escorted out of the arena and after the 2nd
    match XPAC ran down to the ring and did DX chops and hugs with
    Triple H and HBK and joined in their celebration (a possible set
    up for the HIAC with the McMahons and Big Show at Unforgiven?)*

    Edge defeats John Cena in a No Holds Barred Match to retain the
    WWE title, after the match Edge climbs a ladder to attack Cena
    further but is caught in mid-air and FUed by Cena who then climbed
    the ladder with the belt before laying it back down on Edge and
    exiting. Edge then picked up the belt and posed with it before
    exiting.

    All in all a fairly good show with a lot and a mean a lot of
    matches (I count 11 if you count both Oleg matches). Run time
    including intermission was 2:45.

    Overall an 8/10 or so, much better than anything we see on TV
    these days.
