-- Despite the absence of Vince and Stephanie McMahon, it was business as usual backstage at Monday's RAW. No one "took over" McMahon's duties; instead, everyone just performed his or her assigned job. Paul Heyman was backstage at RAW, along with senior writers Ed Koskey and Dave Lagana. Brian Gewirtz was not present.
-- Vince McMahon was available to be contacted via cellular phone.
-- Hulk Hogan arrived at 4PM to warm-up for his promo on the live telecast. Brooke Hogan did not attend the show, although camera crews did film footage for "Hogan Knows Best."
