ECW leader Paul Heyman revealed his RAW and SmackDown! draft picks on Monday night's RAW telecast.
Heyman selected "Mr. Money In The Bank" Rob Van Dam from RAW with the expectation that Van Dam will win the WWE Title and transform it into ECW's Heavyweight belt.
He chose Kurt Angle from SmackDown! in a selection that was billed as a major shocker.
