Show started with Lillan Garcia coming out and thanking us for
    attending and
putting over Belfast, she went through the other cities they had
    visited on
the tour, all of which got booed.

The first match was Rob Van Dam vs Matt Striker, RVD came out to a huge
    pop,
and Striker came out to boos, but I doubt many people know who he was,
    it
was a decent match, short and had RVD hitting all of his spots, Rolling
Thunder and 5 Star Frog Splash among them, RVD won with the 5 star.

The next match was Goldust & Snitsky vs Cade and Murdoch, Goldust and
Snitsky came out to a nice pop, normal run of the mill tag match,
    Goldust
and Snitsky bizarrely put on the outfits Cade and Murdoch came out with
before the match started, it ended with Snitsky pinning Murdoch after a
    bigboot.

Then it was Umaga vs Eugene, Estrada cut a promo before the match just
putting over Umaga, the match was a total squash, Eugene got in no
    offence
at all, and Umaga won with his thumb spike move.

The next match was for the Intercontinental Title, with Shelton
    Benjamin
facing Carlito, big ovation for Carlito when he came out and Carlito
    chants
throughout the match, Shelton did a promo before the match basically
    saying
he wasn’t a momma’s boy, blah, blah, blah, (it got some boring chants),
    the
match was quite good, ending with Shelton pinning Carlito after
    reversing a
roll up and holding onto the ropes.

The next match was Shawn Michaels & Ric Flair vs Chris Masters and Edge
    w/
Lita, Huge ovation for HBK, the second biggest one of the night, a
    weird
thing happened when HBK made his entrance, he put on a pair of Bret
    Hart
sunglasses and taunted a fan, who then jumped the barrier, but was
    quickly
grabbed and taken out of the arena, a big ovation for Flair with loads
    of
woos, good heat for Masters, and huge heat for Edge, (man Lita looks
    hot in
person) Flair cut a promo on Lita with started out with him saying
    “Lovely
Lita, Meter Maid”, which I don’t think people understood, but then
    continued
and got a few laughs and woos, it was a very good match with a funny
    spot
where HBK pulled down Masters tights, then when Edge came in he did the
    same
to him, it mostly had Flair getting beaten down by Masters and Edge,
    until
HBK came in and cleaned house, he went for the Sweet Chin Music, but
    Lita
tripped him, Masters then went for the Masterlock, but HBK reversed it
    into
Sweet Chin Music for the pinfall and also did the DX sign.

The next match had Coach come out and do the ring announcing, he did a
promo, but I didn’t hear it as I was in the toilets, the match was
    Mickie
James defending the Women’s Title against Trish Stratus, Maria,
    Victoria,
Candice Michelle and Torrie Wilson in a battle royal, not a very good
    match,
more time filler, the crowd was mostly dead for the match, which ended
    with
    Mickie last eliminating Trish.

The next match was a 3 on 5 handicap tag match with Kane, Big Show and
Viscera facing the Spirit Squad, Big Show got a huge pop, Viscera got a
decent pop, while Kane had a mixed reaction, the Spirit Squad did a
    routine
before the match which got the normal heat, the match was mostly a
    comedy
bout, with a very good finish, where Vis, Kane and Big Show
    chokeslammed all
5 members of the Spirit Squad for the victory, which got a big pop,
    after
the match, Kane and Big Show stacked all of the Spirit Squad on top of
    each
other, for Viscera to do his bumping love machine act, which got a nice
    pop.

The Main Event was John Cena defending the WWE Championship against
    Triple
H, HHH got a huge ovation, which was the biggest one of the night,
    which
Cena got easily the biggest heat of the night, with many Cena sucks
    chants,
myself included joining in, the match was OK, the crowd booed
    everything
Cena did, every punch, which likewise cheering everything HHH did, more
    Cena
chants came up during the match, but from the high pitch of the cheers,
    you
could tell they were from young kids and teenage girls, HHH also did
    the DX
crotch chop with got a good pop, (everybody was bowing to HHH, he kept
telling everybody to do it, but got no heat, but a big face pop, near
    the
end, Cena reversed a pedigree into an STF-U, Triple H didn’t tap out
    though.
The referee then got knocked out, which led to HHH getting out the
sledgehammer after throwing down a chair, which got a huge pop, Edge
    then
ran down, but Cena threw him out of the ring, and turned around into a
sledgehammer shot, but HHH only got a two count after the referee took
    ages
to revive, Edge then came back in and speared both HHH and Cena, but
    HHH
then got up again and pedigreed Edge, HHH then turned around into an
    F-U for
the pinfall. After the match, Cena stayed and celebrated with the fans
    at
    ringside.

Overall, a good show, with the 10,000 seater arena mostly full, with
    only a
few scattered empty seats, but I have now seen both RAW and Smackdown!
    live,
and I have to say Smackdown puts on a better show.

Report sent in by Gareth White

Hi I have just returned from the WWE RAW house show here in Belfast, Northern Ireland. While HBK was making his entrance there was a fan near the ring wearing pink Bret Hart sunglasses... HBK proceeded to grab the sunglasses from the fan's face and toss them to the ground which led to the angry fan leaping over the security railing to attack Shawn Michaels. I think the fan managed to get at least one good punch in before two security guards intervened. HBK then proceeded as if nothing had happened. Also, after the event I managed to get into the Hilton hotel bar to hang out with some of the wrestlers. John Cena was extremely nice and tried to sign as many autographs as he possible could. On the other hand, Triple H and Ric Flair were pushing any fans out of their way and not taking pictures. I have to say that most of the superstars were appreciative and willing to take time out for fans. Hope this is helpful Many thanks Gareth White
