TNA News: Christy Hemme, Low Ki, Lance Storm, Billy Kidman

  • Christy Hemme will be a permanent fixture on TNA broadcasts because she signed a contract with the company.

  • Low Ki has signed a deal with TNA as well. Low Ki didn't want to sign over the rights of his name to TNA, which is why he will be going under the name of Senshi. After Jushin "Thunder" Liger pulled out of the Lockdown pay-per-view, TNA approached Low Ki. Had TNA not been able to come to terms with Low Ki, Lance Storm would have been the backup plan in the match with Christopher Daniels. It is not known if Storm would have recieved a one shot deal or a full-term contract.

  • Billy Kidman, Shane Douglas, "Dirty" Dick Slater and Don Callis were all backstage at the Lockdown PPV. Slater and Kidman were simply visiting friends. Douglas returned to his role as a backstage agent after being away from the company due to rehab. Callis happened to be in the area on a business trip. Callis worked for TNA when the company was still in Nashville.
