- It is being reported by PWInsider.com that the suicidal, homicidal, genocidal, most death-defying athlete known the world over as Sabu has told several of his close friends that he plans on signing a three-year contract with World Wrestling Entertainment for the upcoming resurgence of the ECW brand.
If the WWE could sign Sabu to a contract, this would be a big step forward in helping bring around the return of Extreme Championship Wrestling. Sabu was and still is one of the few wrestlers always associated with ECW, along with guys like Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman. Sabu was last seen on WWE TV working against Rhino at the last ECW: One Night Stand PPV. It is expected that he will be working this year's ONS PPV as well.
We will continue to have more on this as more information is released, as well as when more former ECW wrestlers sign on the bottom line.
