    Match 1

Paul Burchill defeated Orlando Jordan in a fair opener with Burchill getting some good pops being the local boy. Burchill wins with his usual finisher.

    Match 2

MNM defeated Brian Kendrick and Paul London (who were introduced as The Hooligans and came out to new music) to defend the tag titles. Match was fast paced though there were no real high flying spots, Melina got involved in the finish allowing a small package win.

Teddy Long came out and announced main events

    Match 3

Tatanka defeated Road Warrior with the fallaway slam in a chore of a match to watch, thankfully it was short.

    Match 4

Matt Hardy defeated Gregory Helms in a non title match with the twist of face, good quality match fans well behind Hardy and Helms got good heel heat.

    Match 5

Funaki and Nunzio fought to a non finish as after a superplex and both men were down, the Great Khali came out with Daivari and totally squashed them both.

    Match 6

Lashley defeated Booker T (with Sharmell) after using the British Bulldog's running powerslam, first time i have seen him use this. Good solid match and both were impressive.

segment with Jillian Hall and Kristal Marshall, with the latter getting the better of the exchange.

    Intermission

    Match 7

William regal defeated Finlay with a roll up in a good match of the two wily veterans, Regal was the face, no doubt the roles will reverse when they go to Ireland.

    Match 8

JBL (who cut a great 10 minute promo bereating the UK -- he was awesome) defeated Chris Benoit to retain the us championship in a match lasting 20 + minutes and which was probably the match of the night. After a ref bump Orlando Jordan brought another ref down only to lay him out as JBL nearly got pinned, JBL hit Benoit with a chair and Jordan got the other ref in place in time for him to count the three count. Benoit got a measure of revenge as both JBL and Jordan tapped to the crossface after the match.

    Match 9

Ken Kennedy came out to a huge ovation to announce the main event

Rey Mysterio beat Kurt Angle and Mark Henry to retain the World title when he pinned Henry after landing a splash off the ropes. A good match especially the exchanges between Angle and Mysterio, though it was a little short lasting less than 10 minutes.

One of the better shows ive been to with only really 2 matches that were Velocity standard, i would give the event 7/10.
