A group of WWE wrestlers almost got involved in a brawl upon arriving at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, reports Philstar.com.
According to the article, reporter Raoul Esperas was instructed by WWE security worker Barrie Knight to refrain from shooting unauthorized footage of the wrestlers' arrival. The two apparently had a war of words that almost led to the wrestlers getting involved in the confrontation; an airport official stepped in to prevent further escalation.
While Esperas admits insulting Knight, he says that the wrestlers' bodyguards were responsible for provoking the incident.
"How can I provoke them? I only stand five-foot-five," Esperas commented.
