The Brock Lesnar vs. WWE will not be concluded today. A hearing was scheduled for today in Hartford, CT but this has now been re-scheduled for Friday at 10AM.
If WWE are not to give an arguement against ruling, Judge Christopher Droney has stated he would make a decision regarding Lesnar's request for a Judgment in his attempt to free himself from WWE's non-compete clause.
Today would have seen WWE and Lesnar argue their positions over whether WWE should be allowed to depose of Lesnar's attorney David Bradley Olsen, with WWE requesting another 30 days beyond that deposition to the court. An immediate ruling and conclusion to the lawsuit, which was filed in February 2005, could be reached if that court rules that WWE doesn't get to depose Olsen.
