-- WWE.com confirmed that Ronnie Arniell, 24, was the second talent from WWE's recent string of tryouts to receive a developmental contract. Arniell is 6-2, 220 pounds.

-- In a new interview with WWE.com, RVD confirms that he will have his sights set on vengeance against Carlito upon returning to WWE. He also confirmed that his style will not be toned down and, if given the chance to cut promos, he'll unleash a side of himself that was kept dormant for years.

-- Brock Lesnar's attorneys issued a scathing attack on 1/20, accusing WWE of skirting the important issue of whether his no-compete clause is enforceable. WWE wants thirty days following the official deposition date of Lesnar's attorney David Olsen to challenge Lesnar's motion for summary judgment in the case; it is not clear if that will be upheld by Judge Droney, who said that he would rule on 1/25 if WWE did not give him a strong reason as to why that would be a mistake.
