Former WWE World Tag Team Champion member of The Headbangers & the current
Maximum Xtreme Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion, Chaz, was a guest
on this past week's live edition (01/16/05) of Monday Night Mayhem, which
can be heard in streaming audio every week (and live from 7-9PM ET every
Monday night) exclusively on The Monday Night Mayhem Radio Network
    (www.MondayNightMayhem.com, www.WrestlingMediaNetwork.com,
    www.ObsessedWithWrestling.com, & celebrating its 10th Anniversary,
www.AudioWrestling.com -- your official home of “The Spring Break Incident”
Video-On-Demand, featuring WWE SmackDown Diva & the hottest member of ABC's
"Dancing With The Stars," Stacy Keibler).

The interview with the former "Beaver Cleavage" & Headbanger Mosh is now
available to hear for FREE in Real Audio.

Here are highlights from the interview provided by the show's correspondent,
"Mr. DFL," of http://www.MondayNightMayhem.com and Mark Out Radio.

    ===========================================

The Big Mosh & Blade started off the interview by asking Chaz what he has
been doing since his days in World Wrestling Entertainment, Chaz mentioned
that he has some ring rust and also has a 21 month-old child. Chaz also said
that he has since moved down to Florida. He really doesn’t think that he
would back full-time in the business, and that's one of the reasons why he
competes primarily in the Florida independent scene -- mainly for the MXPW
(Maximum Xtreme Pro Wrestling) promotion, where he is their World
    Heavyweight Champion.

The Big Mosh asked Chaz how the whole idea for The Headbanger gimmick came
about. Believe it or not, but it was "The Louisville Slugger" himself, James
    E. Cornette, who gets credit for it. Cornette, in his days in Smokey
Mountain Wrestling, paired up Chaz with would be his future partner,
Thrasher -- and the rest from that point forward was history. He loved being
a part of the team, as the Headbanger "gimmick" was how he truly acted in
real life -- being goofy & having fun 24-7. Chaz has plenty of memories of
the team: from going against The Legion Of Doom, The New Age Outlaws, The
Godwinns, & even the former Dudley Boyz, being crowned WWE World Tag Team
Champions, and "trying to get The Oddities over." He strongly feels that the
tag team scene has changed dramatically & for the worst -- and that
unfortunately, tag team wrestling "is officially dead and will not be
returning to its glory years." More Headbanger remembrances are included in
the show itself -- which definitely make the interview a must-listen alone!

Chaz mentioned to Mosh & Blade how much of an honor it was to even perform
at WrestleMania -- taking part in the Tag Team Battle Royal at WrestleMania
XIV & also in the Hardcore Invitational at WrestleMania 2000. He was
surprised to find out that him & Thrasher were going to be one of the final
teams left in the Battle Royal -- something that still surprises him to this
day & he felt extremely happy with, as a sign of truly "making it" in the
WWE. The Hardcore Invitational was different for obvious reasons, as he was
on his own during this chaos. Chaz's main memory from that was that despite
what others might think with the match being a clusterf$ck (having everyone
thrown together that did not have a match), it was a reward having a spot on
the WM roster -- and that plenty of former wrestlers who competed in a
    'Mania tend to forget that.

Chaz was backstage during the now legendary "Montreal Screwjob," at the 1997
Survivor Series, and he described to The Mayhem's listening audience how he
classifies the whole entire event as a "yes-no situation on both sides."
Since that point in time, "Vince McMahon has been the pimp and the talent is
"the ho." Chaz strongly believes and feels that once your time is done in
the WWE, that "he will throw you aside."

The infamous "Beaver Cleavage" gimmick was then brought up -- and still to
this day, Chaz has some fond memories (both good & bad) of that time in his
career. It was Gerald Briscoe idea's at the very beginning, and quite
frankly, Chaz "really didn’t care what he was doing at the time and all he
wanted was to get paid every Monday." Chaz said filming the vignettes were
the best part, but the angle never saw it's full completion, as he was then
shifted to his real name of Chaz -- a kid from New Jersey trying to make it
in the business. Because of the Owen Hart tragedy, the WWE did not want any
storylines of "wife-beating" in the current product, hence the reason for
the transition of angles & storylines.

Blade & Mosh asked the question if there will ever be a Headbanger reunion
in the WWE, on the independent scene, or at a Legends show? Chaz said the
old-age wrestling expression: "never say never, and that he honestly doesn’t
know if that will ever happen."

In addition, this 40+ minute interview includes: Chaz's shoot on the new WWE
drug policy, the possibility of a union ever forming in the WWE, whose idea
it was with the "Lo-Down" gimmick & who really was behind G-TV, and his
takes on where he sees World Wrestling Entertainment headed in the near
    foreseen future.

    ===========================================

The Big Mosh & Blade welcomed Shannon Moore to The Mayhem for the first time
in the program's history & Shannon's career respectfully. Shannon mentioned
that he was trying to get some rest in after the Final Resolution PPV and
before the TNA Impact tapings took place the day after. The Big Mosh asked
Shannon flat out, why he interfered in "The Phenomenal" A.J. Styles’ match
against Tanahashi at Final Resolution. Moore answered, saying it’s his time
now, and he’s going to do whatever it takes to get him where he wants to be.
Speaking of Styles, The Big Mosh inquired of Shannon where A.J.'s "Mr. TNA
2005" award plaque was (since Moore had stolen it) -- to which "The Prince
Of Punk" answered that he had it with him and that A.J. would not be able to
    find it.

The Big Mosh went on to bring up Shannon signs from the top of the Impact
entrance & interfering in pivotal moments in matches, but we have hardly
seen him in much televised in-ring action yet. Mosh asked Shannon when we
will finally get to see him in action on a regular basis and why he feels he
deserves this respect this early into his TNA career. Moore again said that
it’s because he is doing whatever he needs to do to get where he wants to
be. Shannon then answered Mosh’s next question, regarding whom he’d like to
face off against in TNA. Moore said that he could fit in any kind of match,
against anybody, “whether it’s a NWA World Heavyweight Championship match or
an X-Division Title match." He added that this is just the beginning of "The
Prince Of Punk," and he’s ready to show the world what he has to offer.

The Big Mosh then brought up Shannon's former employer, World Championship
Wrestling, and Sting’s return to professional wrestling. Moore strongly
feels that Sting coming back definitely brought back some memories from WCW
-- ones that he will remember for his whole life. He stated that he’s
already had some good memories in TNA, and hopes to have many more. Staying
on topic about WCW, The Big Mosh vividly recalled the Sinn Pay-Per-View,
which many fans remember as the night Sid Vicious broke his leg in two
places -- which took place five years ago this month. Shannon also remembers
the event in great detail, and described it as “gruesome."

"The Mouth Of The South" Jimmy Hart was on Monday Night Mayhem several
months ago, and he said that he enjoyed being able to “take over the reigns”
in WCW for some time on their "Saturday Night" program, as a chance to
showcase the younger stars. Shannon said that he owes a lot of his success
to Jimmy Hart for putting work into creative back then, and kicking off his
    career.

Shifting gears slightly, Blade asked whether or not Shannon was a part of
the first season of "The Matt Hardy Show," now available on DVD. Moore said
that he is on the DVD a lot, and the show was a side project that they put
together on their off time from the WWE. Shannon went on to say that the DVD
is a form of reality, which just shows them being themselves. Blade then
asked if there was any problem moving "The Prince Of Punk" gimmick from the
WWE to TNA, which Shannon said that by the time he was released, he hadn’t
really showcased it yet in TNA, nor did the WWE have a chance to trademark
it before he left. The Big Mosh asked what the differences will be from the
Shannon Moore we saw in World Wrestling Entertainment to the Shannon Moore
in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Moore responded that in TNA, his
character will be more in-depth, since he’ll get to be himself with "The
    Prince Of Punk" persona.

In mentioning Matt Hardy prior in the interview, The Big Mosh then asked
Shannon for his thoughts on why Matt chose to go back to World Wrestling
Entertainment when he did -- instead of working for TNA, Ring Of Honor,
Japan, and the independent circuits to have more freedom. Moore's view on
the situation is that it was a business decision, whether it was the right
or wrong thing to do, and he believes that Matt has his own reason for going
    back to the WWE.

In a question from The Mayhem's e-mail bag, Shannon was asked for his candid
thoughts on his local wrestling scene in North Carolina vs. other areas in
the United States & Canada today. Shannon answered by saying that there
weren’t a lot around him, but there is a ton of talent out on the
independent circuits that need to be taken seriously.

Another e-mail question came in asking Shannon his thoughts about working
against John “Bradshaw” Layfield on SmackDown in mid-2004 both as himself,
and as El Gran Luchador. Shannon said that it was fun working with the WWE
guys, especially JBL, and he thinks JBL could still be a top title contender
    going into 2006.

Mosh then brought up another short stint of matches that "The Prince Of
Punk" had -- this one against the late Eddie Guerrero. Moore gave his true
thoughts on "Latino Heat," saying that Eddie was “a locker room leader that
will be highly missed by all those in the business."

The Big Mosh then went on to ask if Shannon if there were any problems
between him & the WWE, and if he would ever see himself going back there.
Like us fans in the wrestling business know, "you can never say never," and
that’s how Shannon answered this question. He did add that "TNA is his new
home, and sees himself in TNA for the foreseeable future."

Another long time friend of Shannon Moore & the current valet/manager of the
WWE Champion, Lita, is then brought up, regarding her recent “Live Sex
Celebration" on Monday Night RAW and Shannon's takes about it. Moore
described the controversial piece as “entertainment," which many fans do not
agree with, as Mosh then elaborated that due to the somewhat family-friendly
(besides a few "Girls Gone Wild" commercials during the show) atmosphere of
TNA, we wont be seeing live sex with Matt Bentley & Traci Brooks anytime
    soon.

A few of The Mayhem's fans who were independent wrestling & aspiring
wrestlers e-mailed questions about Shannon Moore’s new training school, "The
School Of Punk." Shannon said that the school is going good, and he
currently has four students and wouldn’t want to overload classes. He has
given some advice to those interested in becoming a professional wrestler --
and that has not changed since starting in the business himself: "find a
quality school and never give up, because it’s a long road."

When asked to compare & contrast the WWE’s Cruiserweight division to TNA’s
X-Division, Shannon simply answered that the X-Division "actually means
something to TNA," while the WWE's Cruiserweight division "doesn’t really
mean a whole heck of a lot in the WWE." Mosh then named some of the WWE’s
best talent that aren’t being used to their ability that they currently have
on their roster (i.e. -- Paul London & Brian Kendrick), whom Shannon hopes
will get the opportunity to show their talent sometime in 2006.

Other highlights from the 25+ minute interview include: what Shannon's
former partner in 3 Count, Evan Karagias, has been up to (or not been up
to), Moore's uncensored takes on his other former 3 Count member, Gregory
Helms, and his recent character change in the WWE, what his inspirations
were for his new tattoos, whether he sees himself competing for Ring Of
Honor in the near future, where he would rate competing at WrestleMania to
the other high moments of his career, and his memories of being an "MF'er"
with hometown friend Matt Hardy & with the late Mike “Crash Holly” Lockwood.

You can check out everything about Shannon Moore on his official website,
    www.PrinceOfPunk.com.

For those who missed this past Saturday night's edition of TNA Impact, do
not forget to tune in this Monday night at 12AM midnight to see the replay
of Shannon's first Impact match, a Street Fight against "The Phenomenal"
    A.J. Styles.

    On this week's show (1/23/06):

The obvious question that the entire wrestling world wants to know, why did
Haas choose to head back to World Wrestling Entertainment, instead of sign
with TNA? Will we see him on RAW or SmackDown? How does he feel about the
opportunity to work with Shelton Benjamin again, or possibly Edge, or even
Kurt Angle? There will definitely not be a shortage of stuff to discuss, as
it is now a matter of days (not months or weeks) before Charlie will be
inside a WWE squared circle again!

Charlie will be wrestling in what is going to likely be his last indy
match/appearance this Saturday night, January 28th for Jim Kettner's ECWA

    -- even better!

Who stands the best chance of winning this year's Rumble and advancing onto
WrestleMania 22, with a shot at either the WWE Championship or the World
Heavyweight Championship? Can John Cena recapture his gold from "The R-Rated
Superstar?" And will Kurt Angle's new face reign as World Heavyweight
Champion continue against "The World's Strongest Man?" And just why are
there not any tag team matches on this year's card? Greg & Steve in
answering these questions, give their analysis on the JBL/Boogeyman match,
