WWE Confirms Booker T's Injury; Out 4 To 6 Weeks

WWE.com confirmed Booker T's injury that occured at a Smackdown house show last night. Booker strained his groin muscle and it looks like it will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal. He'll probably be back sooner though. Booker T was scheduled to wrestle Chris Benoit in match number 5 at the Smackdown tapings tonight.

According to WWE trainer Barry Hatch, Booker T suffered a strained groin muscle during his match last night at a SmackDown live event in White Plains. “Normally, this type of injury takes 4 to 6 weeks to heal,” said Hatch. “But Booker is a wrestler, so he’ll probably be ready sooner.”
