WWE News: Update on Bret Hart DVD segment planned for Raw tonight

- Tonight's Raw is scheduled to feature a segment where Vince McMahon reviews the new Bret "Hitman" Hart 3-disk DVD set.
It is unknown at this point in time what the WWE has in store for this segment tonight. Bret Hart was never contacted regarding whatever they are planning on doing, and it is hard to believe that Vince would try and bury the DVD, considering that it is a hot seller for the company and relatively new to the marketplace.
There is a possibility that Vince wants to build on the animosity between Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels in order to help promote both the Bret DVD & the new Michaels autobiography. The original plan was for Michaels to review the DVD with Vince, but those plans have since changed and HBK is no longer involved.
There is a possibility that Shawn could be involved in this segment and that the WWE is just trying to throw the fans off the track by saying he won't be. We do know that Shawn will be taking part in one of the "Beat the Clock" matches in order to determine who will be let out of their chamber last in the Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship at New Year's Resolution.
Also, for fans thinking that this might be a setup for Bret to return to WWE TV, think again. There are no plans for "The Hitman" to return to TV, and in fact, Bret is currently living in Italy with his new wife and will not be back to North American until the play "Aladdin", which he will be staring in, starts up.
