Total Nonstop Action Wrestling appears to have finally secured a video game deal, reports IGN.com. Sources close to the situation are of the impression that TNA will be working with Midway to produce the game for Xbox and PS2
Reportedly, some wrestlers have already begun work on initial motion-capturing.
Since TNA's inception several years ago, rumors have run rampant about a possible video game licensing deal. Both Electronic Arts and Rockstar Games reportedly expressed interest, but no deal was ultimately reached.
Midway last entered the wrestling game market with the very popular WWF WrestleMania: The Arcade Game. Some of the designers who worked on that game are still with the company.
