To update on last night's RAW, Spike TV tried to ensure that mentions of the USA Network were muted out as the broadcast continued. However, both Jonathan Coachman and Jerry Lawler got in mentions of the USA Network several times, and Spike TV accidentally muted part of a mention of their own network.
As announced during a vignette on RAW last night, Teddy Long will be sending a SmackDown! match to next week's RAW Homecoming on the USA network. The match will be announced on this week's Friday night SmackDown! show.
In New York, there were localized ads promoting WWE Homecoming on the USA Network on Cablevision. The ads also aired in Miami, Boston and New Jersey cable systems also.
