Another development in the WWE-UFC war

In what is certainly not the first and likely not the last attempt to gain an advantage in the UFC-WWE "war" on Monday, October 3, Spike TV announced that its presentation of UFC will begin at 7PM. Unless WWE clears additional time on USA, that gives UFC a 55-minute advantage in attracting potential WWE viewers. The UFC schedule, as detailed in the Spike TV release, is below:

7PM - UFC Unleashed
8PM - UFC Ultimate Knockouts
9PM - UFC Ultimate Fight Night with Evan Tanner vs. David Loiseau, Chris Leben vs. Edwin Dewees and Josh Koscheck vs. Drew Fickett
11PM - The Ultimate Fighter 2
