Update on WWE's legal crackdown; More websites targeted

After being temporarily shut down in response to WWE's legal actions, BigVanVader.com is back up and running. The webmaster reportedly offered his defense to WWE's claims to the webhost and succeeded in restoring the site. It is not believed that the legal issue over the domain and content is over, however.
Nor is WWE's effort to crackdown on wrestling fan sites. Sources report that WWE has targeted small Hardy Boyz and Kurt Angle websites, among others, in its attempt to flex its legal muscles.
The efforts of the WWE Legal Team have become the biggest wrestling story of September, with the company going after ex-wrestlers, competing promotions and websites that allegedly infringe on its trademarks and intellectual property.
