News on Christian using the ‘Captain Charisma’ name, WWE signs TNA talent, more Submitted by Richard Gray on Monday, August 29, 2005 at 4:44 PM EST
WWE has signed former TNA official “Dropkick” Mike Posey to work in the Deep South developmental territory for the company.
World Champion Batista will sign autographs September 9th at the Toys R Us in Times Square, New York. In order to be able to attend the signing you must purchase a minimum of $20 on wrestling merchandise in the store.
The reason that Christian does not have any shirts for sale is because apparently an area worker from Washington, DC owns the right to the “Captain Charisma” name. The thing that’s weird about that is that Christian wore a “Captain Charisma” shirt on SmackDown last week with his official biography page on WWE.com saying, “Get Captain Charisma merchandise” that leads you to a page with nothing about Christian.
