The new character that will debut as the “UPN Network representative” on this week’s edition of SmackDown! was WWE developmental talent Brian Black. Black was trained by Killer Kowalski and was signed by WWE this March.
Until he recent debut with WWE, he has been training in the Deep South Wrestling. You can catch Black’s WWE debut this Thursday night on SmackDown.
