Update on RAW character, Bret Hart/Hebner rumor, Lesnar's return

- Danny Basham continues to work dark matches as his "Damaja" character from OVW. He defeated an independent talent in a match that took place prior to last night's WWE RAW telecast.

- There is absolutely nothing to the rumor that Earl Hebner's firing was somehow related to Bret Hart's decision to work on the upcoming DVD. Such a theory had been speculated several weeks ago.

- As of a week ago, Brock Lesnar's lawsuit against WWE was still pending, which strongly suggests that he and WWE have not come to terms. While there's no guarantee WWE.com will make a formal announcement if and when Lesnar does agree to return, the articles that were posted this summer were said to be accurate.
