- Yesterday, crooked Memphis cop David Tate, the man at the center of a plot to rob the home of Jerry "The King" Lawler, was sentenced to 14 years in jail. Others involved in the plot are yet to be sentenced, and the story has made the rounds in much of the Memphis media.
- The Highlanders (Robbie and Rory McAlister) have been signed to developmental deals by WWE and will likely be sent to the Deep South developmental territory.
