- Bret Hart appeared on Wednesday's edition of of "Between The Ropes" radio. Highlights of the interview are featured below:
- Bret Hart does miss the in-ring aspect of the business and wishes he could have matches with guys like Chris Benoit, Kurt Angle and Eddie Guerrero.
- Although Hart appreciates the talent currently working for WWE, he's not a regular viewer of the product. He specifically criticized WWE for ignoring reality with its overly gimmicky characters; he feels the writers should return to a more realistic approach.
- Bret Hart put over TNA as a necessary competitor, but explained that he is not currently negotiating for an appearance with the promotion.
- Hart is interested in being inducted into the Hall Of Fame and working on a DVD that highlights his career, but he does not know if terms with WWE will ever truly be fantastic. He still blames the company for not owning up to Montreal and, until that happens and working with WWE becomes more reasonable, he's not sure anything will happen between the two parties
- In response to "Screwed: The Bret Hart Story," Hart noted that he no longer wants to make light of the incident.
- Although work on his autobiography continues, he finds it's very hard to pen his thoughts on Owen and Montreal. His priority right now is family; the book will eventually make its way onto shelves.
