The July 31 – August 6th edition of TV Guide mentions the July 7th Hassan angle that WWE did on SmackDown! in the Cheers and Jeers section. It says: "JEERS to the WWE for a tastelessly timed stunt. On the same date as the terrorist bombings in London, UPN's SmackDown! aired a match in which one Arab grappler appeared to sacrifice himself, and another knelt and prayed. UPN ran a parental-advisory crawl, but it should've put the Smackdown on the whole segment."
Former WWE Tag Team Champion Sylvain Grenier is now working under the ring name Sly.
It looks as if WWE will continue to give the new guy the tough treatment as Bob Holly vs. Boogey Man is scheduled to take place on several house show matches later this month.
Several readers have contacted me asking how long Road Warrior Animal will be working with WWE. As things currently stand it appears as if the tag team legend will be with the company throughout SummerSlam.
